Hi,
The treatment for your problem is Root canal treatment of the tooth followed by a crown over the tooth.

Its better to go for RCT and ceramic cap since its half broken tooth. If you just go for composite or cap now,you may have pain later.
take care
Dentist Dr. E. Bharathikannan's  Response
hello,

if there is no color change in the broken teeth, then you can go for composite buildup or ceramic capping. if there is color change (pulp ha become non vital) then go for a RCT then cap it. happy smile!!

Hi, you can go for a composite restoration or a porcelain or ceramic crown to restore the lost potion of the broken tooth. All these procedures will make your tooth look like before.Take care!
