Is There Any Treatment For Recurrence Of Stricture In The Urethra?

Sir/Sirs, is there any treatment, or self-care for recurrence of stricture in the urethra? I am 45, underwent a surgical operation in one third of the urethra seven years ago. But it recurs. Now the urine outflow is slow,and many other problems, you know what might happen. What would you suggest me sir?

Intermittent or permanent bladder catheterization, either through the urethra or as a suprapubic catheter. But I suggest you get a second opinion from a urologist.
