Is There Anything To Worry About The Severe Pain In Upper Back Shoulder Area Which Is Radiating To Breast And Armpits?

I have severe pain in my upper back shoulder area. It's been there for about a decade. I see a massage therapist every two weeks and I have also seen a chiropractor. Now, I feel like my pain is radiating to my armpits and breast. I feel sharp pain in both my breast and sometimes up my armpits. From time to time I feel subtle pain in my breast that stays for a couple of hours or days. Does this sound serious?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This is chronic pain, I would suggest for a local analgesic treatment with the steroid (Methylprednisolone ) this is the only option remained, try this, If I would be your doctor then I would put you on antibiotic "Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for 10 days keeping in mind the bursitis etiology, just on tentative basis, you can try this too have nice day.
I find this answer helpful
