Hi,

Masturbation is safe and pleasure giving procedure. It is not harmful. But over masturbation can commonly lead to social anxiety and guilt problem.

You can reduce frequency of masturbation if it is leading such problem. You can take help of a psychiatrist for further management and counselling.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
