Is There Anyway That I Can Loose Weight By Eating 600-900 Calories A Day?

Hello. I m trying to lose weight. I work a lot and don t really have enough time to eat. I was told to consume about 1900 to 2100 calories to lose weigh effectively but I only eat maybe twice a day and those are frozen dinners. i drink a lot of water and tea. So all together i maybe get about 600 to 900 calories a day. Is there anyway that i can loose weight by eating that amount?

Hello!
I suggest you to eat low calories ok, but a balanced diet. You need to get all the nutrients in order that your body gets all what it needs to function properly. You should take a lot if salad and 3-4 fruits per day as snacks. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Proteins makes you feel fulfilled during the day and provides you energy.
Keep training and eat well. 900-1200 calories are good.
