Is There Cause For Worry For Moles On Penis?

hi, my boyfriend has these moles leading up to his penis and a cluster of them at the base, and a couple smaller ones on the actual shaft . they raise up and he says they do not bother him. he did not have these when we dated 6 years ago, but now that we are dating again, it worried me. he said he went to doctor and the md gave him some cream and told him he would be fine, but the miles are still there. should I be worried ? I do not want to engage in intercourse before I know the truth. he seems bothered when I asked and I do not want to pry. thank you!!!
