There is some risk with copper-T. Some times the t shifts from the mouth of the uterus and if the sperm enters, then she may conceive.

The failure rate with copper-T in uterus is 0.1% only. It is actually very rare to conceive when copper-T is in its right place. You can safely climax in your wife's vagina without ant worries. Just ask your wife to check the thread after every periods.
