Is This Common Of Having Knee Pain After Knee Replacement?

I had a partial knee replacement 5 weeks ago. Discomfort during day is minimal but I continue to have a lot of pain during each night. Sleep of a couple of hours and then awake. I have to ice the knee each time I wake up. I am still taking Tramadol and NSAIDS at night. Is this common and if it is how long does it last?
