Is This Herpes That Causes Bumps And Itchy Rash?

4 weeks ago went to er for severe itchy rash on my arms. The first doc thought it might be herpetic.
I followed up a few days later with GP and was treated for bacterial infection (imeptigo) although culture came back negative. The original lesions are mostly gone ( a little red still) but now I have a fresh red bump on my arm. Was the first doc right? Is this herpes

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Herpetic lesions are usually painful to some extent not itching in nature so it is not likely herpetic.

IF this present lesion is painful then it may be related to herpes.

If this is not the cause then you may have recurrence of your bacterial infection and need additional treatment.

I hope this helps
