Is This Normal For A 3 Year Old Having UTI To Cry In His Sleep And Scream In Pain Randomly?

Hi my3 month old just got out of hospital being treated with a uti with IV antibiotics, now were home he's been on oral antibiotics (bactrim) for 2 days and is crying/whimpering in his sleep, screaming in pain at random times and going back to sleep after and green/lumpy stools? Is this normal?

this symptom of screaming could be either due to abdominal colic secondary to renal calculi or intestinal colic,u have to keep a watch on his urine output although renal calculi is rare in a 3 month old child..is he a 3 year old or 3 month old? better to consult the doctor whose treated him,may be u may need a ultrasound abdomen.
