Is This Normal To Have A Purple And Ashy Grey Colored Vagina Lips ?

Im 16 years old and of Asian ethnicity. My skin color is a light tan. I am concerned about my vagina lips. They are purple and an ashy grey color. Is this normal? They also wrinkle up and feel dried out. Around them, have been a bit itchy but only on one side.

This is normal.
you can apply antifungal cream for itching.
