Is This Unusual To Have Menstruation After 1.5 Yrs In A 55 Yr Old And Should I Be Concerned?

I am 55 years old and have not had a period in approximately a year and a half and just started what appears to be a menstruation on March 4 and I'm still replacing tampons today, Saturday, March 8. Should I be concerned? If the menstruation stops before Monday, should I still visit my doctor? Is this unusual?

Hello
Welcome to HCM
Dont worry you are facing period of menopause. When menopause reaches women face all these problems but if bleeding last beyond 8 days then visit your gynae and get your ultrasound done of lower pelvic region
Thank you
