Is This What Is Causing My Curvature ?

My penis curves to the left about 30 to 40 degrees, and my left testicle doesnt seem to be formed all the way. Is this what is causing my curvature?

Such curvatures are seen without much of any problems in most of the cases. Left testicle shall be more down compared to the right side. If this is not the case with you, then you should consult a Urologist.
