Is Thrush A Sexually Transmitted Disease?
my wife has thrush problem,it comes and goes,she is married to me for three years,her exhusband had tuberculosis of the genitals but was cured when she met him.could it be possible that she got the thrush from him or any possibility of such infection from him?

thank you for query.thrush is due to fungal infection and not due to tuberculosis.thrush can be present without it being an std.it can spread as STD also.for diagnosis you can get back with clear photos and details which is not clear.or get investigated by your doctor.You can get back to me for any clarifications with the photos.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and Venereologist
