hello had chest xray done was fine blood test fine heart fine bloating constantly co2 fine is this copd tighting of stomach tight always is this copd can you tell from chest xray pushing on diaphram gone off diclofenac was taking for tmj can you help me

No dear. Tightening of stomach is not due to COPD however it can be due to your diclofenac intake. Diclofenac is a very strong medicine for pain and causes a lot of gastritis which can lead to bloating sensation, tightening and even sometimes nausea and vomitting.
