Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
With back and kees osteoarthritis, cervical(neck) osteoarthritis is possible. However, i will advise you see the Doctor for examination and a neck scan to confirm diagnosis. The following may help you feel better:
-Regular flexibility exercises
-A pain drug like aceclofenac
-A myorelaxant like miorel
You will have to see your Doctor for evaluation and to eliminate other causes of neck stiffness like cervical neuropathy.
Hope this will help
Wish you good health
