Stiffness In Legs. Have Osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia. Are These Related?

I have a lot of stiffness in my legs in the morning and and night, also have a lot of trouble during the night as well. I have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. Would both of these problems involve this kind of stiffness? The osteoarthritis is in my knees, but don't seem to have much of a problem with them during the day. Have had no localized swelling or pain in my knees.
Thank you

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. Yes, osteoarthritis and fribromyalgia will provide symptoms like stiffness and osteoarthritis is the major culprit as you will have no movements during sleep major people will suffer with same problem of stiffness. I suggest you need cortisone shots for this to get some free interval from your symptoms I also suggest you for minimal movements. Thank you.
