Is Tingling In The Hands A Side Effect Of Prednisone And AccliovarA Given For Bells Palsy?

A week ago, went to ER diagnosed with Bells Palsy, mild case, in 3 days had a lot of movement in my face back, have soreness along the jaw, tender to the touch. I was given prednisone and accliovar. Finished the meds day before yesterday... But now I have some tingling in my hands. Is that due to the meds?
