Is Tiredness, Lack Of Sleep Common After A Transplant ?

Hello Doc, I am 3 1/2 years into my transplant..all my numbers across the board are good. I am healthy and work out every day-to the point where I'm still competing. Often I am tired during the day. I know I am not sleeping enough, given that I am a writer by trade and usually work at night. Just wondering if there is something I can take before working out to get a bit of energy. I know taurin is out of the question, correct?
