Is Travelling Advisable After Having A Craniotomy For Subdural Haematoma?

Hi, my 74 yr old dad had craniotomy October 2012 for subdural haematoma. There is residual fluid there but he is now asymptomatic and fully independent. He wants to fly to Europe (2hr flight) and home within 48hrs. Will this be ok?
thank you
