Is Turmeric Root Safe To Take Along With A Health Drink Post Workout?
I am 70, 5'7" and 150 lb's. I work out 3 hours a day (Yoga, weights, gymnastics, and cardio). A dietician recommended that I include a slice of Tumeric root in my health drink each day. Any reason why I should be concerned or avoid this natural plant?
