Is Tylenol Sufficient To Treat Epigastric Bubble Causing Intense Pain?

I ve gone to urgent care, had x-ray and was told I have an abnormally large epigastric bubble, which is causing a large amount of pain. Is there anything I can do to relieve myself of this pain. The urgent care MD stated Tylenol, but that has not done anything to help.
