Is Ulcer On Uvula, Upper Lip And Gums Serious?

Sir I am 20 years old boy,PRADEEP KUMAR . I am having four ulcers on uvula and its surroundings and also in upper lip gums and lower lip gum. sir i am very much tensed about this please help me to cure the ulcer. is it serious??? feeling diificult in swallowing food drinking water..

hello thanks for consulting at hcm..it could be apthous ulcers, u could apply topical mucopain gel, take a vitamin tablets,,do salt water gargle thrice daily,,plz chck with ur oral medicine/oral surgeon specialist if prblm persists,,,hope it helps..tc
