Is Urethra Prolapse Common After Hysterectomy And What Could Itching Around The Line Of Surgery Indicate?

after a hysterectomy there was an 8mm radiopague seen in an mri in the pelvic area. since the operation 14 years later i keep itching around the line of the surgery . what do this mean. also after the surgery i was diagnose with urethra prolaspe . is this common after a hysterectomy.

Hi. would like to know whether hysterectomy was done through an abdominal incision , laparoscopically or per vaginally. Itching is due to hypertrophic scar. Prolapse can occur as this is the aging process and now-a-days there are operations to rectify this . What was the diagnosis given for a radio-opaque thing in the MRI?
