Is Urethritis, related With Painful Glans With Puss Leakage ?

3 or 4 days ago, I started to feel a mild ache on my glans and found some pus leak out from glans holes. Now I feel quite hurt while urinating and if I press the front end of glans it hurt a little too. I hv sexual behaviour with my gf 4 days ago, I suspected I got hurt internally? Or is it some urethritis or infection? I plan to go see doctor today, now jus ask for your opinion

Hello

Your findings may suggest UTI(urinary tract infection).
You may need proper antibiotics depending upon culture and sensitivity report.
You may need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, urine RE/ME,urine culture and sensitivity, ultrasound of KUB region.
You may also need anti spasmodic for pain and alkalizing syrup.
Drink lot of water.

Get well soon.
Take Care
