Is Urinary Incontinence Common In Women During Menopause?

I am 53 years old female I urinate frequent especially when I sleep ( q2h) even not drink liquid much before I go to sleep. After 2-3 times urinate, getting very thirsty and some times having a headache when I wake up. My A1C is 5.6. Is this diabetic symptom or estrogen reduction causing this symptom?
