Is Urinary Urgency Caused Due To Extra Pressure On The Bladder?

Doc, my problem is everytime I stand up from lying and sitting in the couch or bed, I m always about to urinate. But if I can control my urgency to urinate for about 1-2 minutes it s gone. May I know what really the reason of this abnormalities? Thanks so much.

I really appreciate your concern, it is the insignificant and nonspecific may not be due to any disease at the most for safe side ultrasonography can be done, you have not mentioned your age and gender else something specific could be thought hope this information helps.
