Hi! I am a 14 year old female with a health concern. Within the last year and a half or so I have been feeling the urge to urinate every single day but I don t need too, I have been to the doctor about 4 times to take urine samples because I thought it was a UTI but it was nothing like that, no results came back. I get no pain at all or I do not bleed but my bladder area does look large most of the time when I look at it, I get bad dhiarrea in the mornings, my menstrual cycles are very irregular. I remember about 5 months ago I went to the hospital because it was paining me a bit (I had my appendix taken out in October so just in case I went) and I heard the doctor saying she has a cyst on the right wall of her bladder but I wasn t too sure if he was talking about me or not. This is just very irritating and I need answers ASAP
Hi Coffee , tea, cocoa products, fizzy drinks, stress and anxiety all can make the bladder irritable and urge to urinate often. It can also be caused by constipation and any mass in your lower abdomen like cyst or swelling in uterus. You could have an ultrasound of your abdomen and pelvis and avoid the risk factors mentioned above. If persists see an urologist or gynecologist.
