What Causes Urinary Urgency?

Hi Doc, I am 33, 90kg, and quite healthy right now. I guess I have a problem here. Lately, there are times that when I was peeing, soon after I finished it, suddenly I felt that I want to pee again, but this time the sperm leaked out. What is happening with me? Thank you so much.
