Is Using Adgain Capsules To Prevent Hair Loss Safe?

Good Morning, I am Rakesh , Age 48 yrs, for hair loss can i use Adgain caps. if yes, till what period.further also tell at what time it should be taken Morning or Evening, befor or after meal.Any known side effects of it, if any please.Any other better hair suppliment, if you could suggest.Please respond,Regards,Rakesh

Dear Raakesh Sir, Hi & Welcome.

I appreciate your concern regarding hair fall.

Adgain capsules which contain multivitamins and essential trace elements PLUS Brewer's yeast and are found to be safe and effective to prevent hair loss.

One capsule to be taken in the evening after having meals.
Generally well tolerated, hence do not worry about its side effects.

Besides Adgain, use the solution containing 10% minoxidil once a day on the affected area of the scalp for better results.

I would advise you use of gentle shampoo and conditioner on regular basis and use of coconut oil twice a week.
Avoid combing in wet hair and let them dry by wrapping in towel.
Avoid blow dryers and hair-color/dyes.
Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet and try to de-stress your routine life.
