varicocele is enlargement of testicular veins.the cause is unclear and it is not related to masturbation.so dont be panic.it may cause infertility,pain etc..kindly do sperm count to know about infertilty.thebest treatment is varicocelectomy.wear tight innerwear,use langod, to decrease the pain due to varicocele.
