Is Vitamin D Helpful For Adenomyoma?

Hi Dr. Sam, My wife has adnomymia , she had a surgery for taking out some fibroid the doctor saw in the Ultrasound, bu it becames as the doctor said a massive tumor that she said is adnomyoma. That impaired her pregnancy.
I have read and found that Vitamin D would help on this, What should we do next to get her what she wanted.

I have gone through your Query. Vitamin D helps in calcium balance which helps against adenomyosis, but you condition is adenomyoma benign tumor of uterus. An adenomyoma is usually benign and does not cause symptoms, though an especially large growth may cause discomfort, tenderness, and heavy bleeding during menstrual periods. Treatment usually involves taking pain medications and using contraceptives to reduce menstrual problems. If it is large and causing anemia or bleeding then surgery is an indication.
