Is Vomiting Common Symptom When Rise In Bp?

Hi doctor, my husband been felling dizzy and start vomitting the entire morning after breakfast today . He went to a doctor and found that he had a slightly high in blood pressure . My question is besides food poisining does this mean he is also had high blood pressure which he doesn't have one before.

Hai this could be due to acute gastritis also due to oily, spicy, non veg, ,smoking, ,alchohol, stress induced.high bp may be stress induced, pls check it out for at least consecutive 3 days,add up with tab pantoprazole 40 mgs plus domperidone 30 mgsor tab pan d.as trade name., 30 minutes before breakfast. Hopefully u will be fine
