Is Vomiting Normal Effect Post A Gastric By-pass Surgery?

Had gastric by-pass 3weeks ago, was doing fine until last night, took 3 bites of chicken chili soup and have been nauseated since. Can t get comfortable, feels like burning and something is blocked in my chest . This afternoon I tried some protein shake, but only took a sip as it and water make me feel as though I will throw- up. I did throw up once last night. Is this normal or should I call my surgeon?

Hi
You need to call your surgeon since this isn't normal

It could indicate an H pylori stomach infection and that would need a course of antibiotics to treat
