Is Vomiting With Nausea And Stomach Pain Indicative Of Something Serious?
I have had pain above my belly button all across my stomach on and off since yesterday afternoon. No diarrhea or vomiting or nausea. Have been able to eat rice with chicken broth and drinking ginger ale and tea. Should I go see a doctor or ride it out a day?

It seems to be related with stomach flu or gastroenteritis.
for the moment
You can use buscopan , antacids and use plenty of water.
IF it still continue after a couple of days please consult a gastroenterologist to perform further exams.
