If you were taking anticoagulation due to atrial fibrillation which I suspect is the case then you should definitely take it. It would be preferable - of course - if your blood pressure was under control. But you have to know that without it you may suffer very serious events like stroke. The same applies if you had a prosthetic valve etc. Since your doctor already prescribed you both pradaxa and warfarin, I m sure he already did the benefit-risk calculation.
