Is Watery Stool Normal For A 2 Year Old Child?

My 2 years old son always have watery stool in yellow color. He is a breast feeding child up to 12 month, after that he move into formula milk. Each day he had only 1 bowel movement and we hard to see hard stool, is this normal for a child to have watery stool at all time.

Hi...If otherwise baby is all normal and passing only one motion per day than no need to worry ...can be due to formula feed also..so just relax...can give enterogermina liquid once daily till five days...thanks
