Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Crohn's disease is inflammatory bowel disease
Cause is unknown but
Genetic predisposition, auto immunity and bacterial mycobacterial paratuberculosis and smoking play important role.

Following are the symptoms of crohns disaes:
Abdominal pain
Bloody diarrhea
Weigh loss
Fever

Tiredness due to anemia as result of blood loss

Extra intestinal symptoms: skin rash, arthritis, uveitis, enthesitis generally present due to auto immune pathology

So joint pain due to arthritis and weakness suggest severe disease in crohn s disease
