I understand it is due to bile deposits on the skin...We have a patient who had Weill s Syndrome and he has developed urticaria and the physicians are thinking along the line of bile deposits on the skin. I understand that Anti-histamines can be used, which one is the best option?

4. best antihistamine for symptomatic relief would be levocetrizine 10 mg along with monteleukast 10 mg combination.
this will help him in relieving itching and subsequent dermographism.
