Itching And Burning Sensation In The Ankles And Calf Muscles. Bruised Vein. Anything To Be Concerned?
Afternoon ,
I regularly have an itchy burning senseation on my ankles and calves, once the vein has burst the sensation is relieved. This has been happening since I was in my early thiries, now in my late fifties.Recently I ecperinced this sensation on my upper right leg and no whave a brown bruise where the vein burst. I am concerned as I previously visited the Dr because of an almost blocked feeling in the veins, I assume, in the groin. The Dr could not justify any further action to refer me for tests to find out the cause of this sensation. Should I be more insistant as to what the cause is. How do I go about finding out?
