Dermatologist 's  Response
HI,
Thanks for writing to us.
Dry skin is a common problem after menopause or complete hysterectomy. The same can be treated with regular use of emollients over face. As far aslesions around lips are concerned these could be of perioral dermatitis. The same can only be confirmed by a visit to dermatologist. Hence please meet a doctor nearby.
Take care
