Itching In Scrotum, Folds Of Thigh, Perianal Region. Medication?

Hi Doctor,,, i am Barathivelan.D of 22yrs old... My problem is having ITCHY SENSATION in the SCROTAL, FOLDING OF THIGH REGION ANG ALSO SOMETIMES IN PERIANAL REGION too... Trying to be in hygiene way too but no improvement,,, having the problem for past 4 days... Medication and conservative treatment advice for remedy of this complaint DOCTOR!!!

Thanks for your query
You have got itching around scrotum and inner side of thigh.Most likely it is due to Fungal infection.Pl wash your inner wears in hot water mixed with Dettol and apply mecanozole ointment Either Zole or Daktarin ointment twice daily after washing the entire area with soap water.It will resolve your problem in a week.
