Itching In Vagina, Pain While Washing. Applying Vagisil, White Vinegar, Not Helping

a week ago my vagina started itching & feeling uncomfortable(a lil irrated) and when i would shower & clean it a horrible burning pain would occur.(i use Dial soap to clean it). When i pee it doesnt burn only when i would wash it. I started douching it with white vinegar just in case i did have an infection. applying Vagisil. The white vinegar would sting & the vagisil woulf also burn when first applied. The symptoms would be gone using thoae remediea but everytime id wash theyd come back. What i have noticed is that uncomfortable feeling seems to be around my urethra opening.

Thanks for query on HCM.
It seems to be fungal infection and spreading due to inadequate treatment.
It usually occurs after improper hygiene, unprotected sex, tight under garment.
Try to keep that area dry, wash it with antiseptic soap or liquid.
Apply clindamycin,neomycin,clotrimazole cream .
Complete course of oral azithromycin,flucanazole-150 is advisable.
Avoid tight undergarment and sex till get complete cure.
Get examined by gynecologist for proper medical management.
