Itching Inside And Outside Vagina. Sweat Excessively, Upper Thighs Sore. Any Home Remedy ?
since the past week i have been getting an itch inside, on & just outside my vagina lips. if i scratch it gets sore, burns and scratches even more. I do not have sex, I am a virgin . I only finger myself and that to with clean hands. I try to wash & clean with antiseptic very often. But i sweat alot in the private area. sweating & being overweight has caused the upper thighs to become sore & after applying soframycin, it gets ok. But this time this itch is horrible. Im24, overweight from long. pls suggest some ointment or home remedy. Will this oitnment called Tenovate help? should i cont. to put soframycin?

Hi Gayatri,
It seems like a fungal vaginitis. Yes, you may apply Tenovate ointment or clomitrazole ointment for the same, twice daily for a week.
You may require a course of oral antifungal tablets like Flucanozole as well.
You seem to be maintaining good personal hygiene. Please continue the same. Soframycin may not be as effective as Tenovate in you.

From your history and symptoms it seems that you might be having fungal infection on your vagina and on the thigh.
Apply anti fungal cream or lotion like Tinaderm or multifungin on the affected part.
Take oral tablet Flucanozole ( Fole 150 ), once in a week for 4 weeks.
keep local part dry, clean and healthy.
Wear cotton clothes if possible.
