Itching Inside The Skin That Covers Penis, White Creamy Wetly Area, Pungent Smell. Any Ideas?

Dear Doctor, I am Aaron 23 years old, since 10 days, I am facing the itching problem inside the skin that covers my penis. when i back the cap of penis, there is white creamy wetty material over this area, and when i clean it. the smell is very pungent. i had never experienced this it came just recent a couple of days ago when i last had sex two months ago. and my urine is normal

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Muco cutaneous Candidiasis.
Please get your blood sugar levels tested to rule out diabetes as this is common in diabetic individuals.

Take anti fungal medication like Fluconozole twice daily orally along with anti fungal jelly for local application twice daily.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to observe proper personal hygiene by cleaning the genitals with warm water twice daily.

It will get cured within a week.
