Itching On The Left Side, Pain In The Leg While Walking. Cancer Chances?

Hello, i have had an itch on my left side for about 8-12 months, and is always in the same exact spot this itch is. I also feel like when I bend down while setting like putting on shoes or socks, I can feel like a budgle or mass on my left side internal. I do have pain on my left side, and have noticed that
now my left leg hurts when walking. It has never done that before. Could this be a sign of cancer or should I not worry about it. Also what tests should I ask my doctor to perform?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The itching on the side of the calf can be related to eczema, dry skin, dermatitis or paresthesias. This is not indicative of any cancer in the absence of any visible superficial skin lesion.
