Itching Using Swimming Pool, Steam. Used Calamine Lotion, Temporary Relief. Reason For Itching?

I have itches all over my body after swimming (pool using salt instead of chlorine), then sitting in the jacuzzi or steam room. I ve tried all kinds of cream, jojoba oil, splashing vinegar after shower then rinse, calamine lotion but the relief is only temporary. Which one of the 3 activities above causes the itches. Thank you very much.
