Itchy Bumps On Arms With Pus, Inflamed Red Ring, Fever, Headache, Fatigue, Weakness In Arms. What Should I Do?
Hello, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia with mild arthritis . I started getting these itchy patches of bumps on my arms that are filled with yellow pus . Also with a red ring around it that is inflamed. My left ARM has a dark scab in the middle with some yellow crust. Other symptoms are slight fevers, headaches, fatigue , sharp pain, ache and weakness in my arms. I recently began having pain in my right & left part of my chest towards my shoulders. When I breathe or take a deep breath, I can feel it through my back. I guess like a achy feeling. What do you think & what should I do????

Itchy Bumps On Arms With Pus, Inflamed Red Ring, Fever, Headache, Fatigue, Weakness In Arms. What Should I Do?
Hello, Thanks for the query, You might have developed a mixed fungal and bacterial infection. Please get a KOH mount done, This can confirm the fungal etiology. Also get a gram stain for finding out the bacterial etiology. Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals along with antibiotics. Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
