Itchy, Painful Facial Red Bumps On Right Lips And Forehead Like Pimples And Cold Sores. History Of Having Rosacea Or Shingles. Possible Relapse?

I have been experiencing facial skin breakouts for the past two weeks. They are located above my upper right lip and feel like a cross between a pimple and a cold sore. I keep getting new ones daily and now I have several on my forehead. They start as small red bumps and some are very painful and some are itchy. I have thought of rosacea or possibly even shingles. I've had both before long ago. I'm 67. Ideas?

Hi, they appear to be the boils due to some bacterial infection, if you have used medicines already, you may need to have culture and sensitivity of the pus of the eruptions and have treatment accordingly. So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
