Itchy, Random Areas On Skin, White Lump Appears On Scratching. Cause?

I have very itchy random areas of skin,on the inside of forearm ,top of one thumb and tonight on lower leg and if i scratch a small white isolated lump appears and when i stop scratching it goes away.Tonight i have been woken by one on leg and then generalised itching has started all over bdy but no rash or lumps can be seen

Hello i think u are suffering with xerosis of skin.regular application of moisteriser along with a antihistamine cures it
